Return policy

Lucida Mystica is a small business that utilizes print on demand to fulfill your order and does not hold inventory. We ask that you please double-check your size and choice before purchasing, as each item is uniquely printed just for you.

Returns

If you are not pleased with your item(s), we accept returns on regularly priced items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in a like-new, unworn condition. There is a flat rate $10 return shipping cost and restocking fee. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to reach your account once initiated.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for regularly priced items, provided they were not purchased as final sale. To initiate an exchange, simply click the 'Initiate Return' link below. In the 'Note to Store' section, please specify the item you wish to exchange for. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will process your replacement order. Any difference in price will be either refunded to you or, if additional payment is required, requested at that time.

Our goal is to make your shopping experience seamless and convenient, and we appreciate the trust you place in Lucida Mystica.

Instructions For Return 

1. Log in to your account: 

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

** If you would like an exchange: Please specify the item and size you would like in the Note for Store section. When the returned item is received, we will submit an order for your new item to be produced and shipped to you. 

5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

6. After the product arrives, you receive a refund to the original form of payment minus the $10 flat rate shipping fee. Please note refunds can take up to 10 business days to reach your account after initiated.

 

For order issues such as damaged, defective print, or wrong items

If your order is received with print or construction issues, you will receive a free replacement if you contact us within 30 days of receipt.

Fill out the contact form here detailing the issue, and we will be in touch within 1 business day. You will be asked to provide 2 clear photos of the issue to initiate the replacement.

 

Before You Order

To ensure you are satisfied with your order, I recommend the following:

    1. Measure before ordering to ensure the correct fit. There is a size guide link included on each product page that provides a size chart of garment measurements and instructions on how to measure. All items except leggings are unisex sizing, so they have a classic or regular fit instead of form-fitting.
    2. Read reviews for your item or another item in the same category ( tshirts, sweatshirts, etc.) to get an idea of the experience. Many customers report on the size, fit and feel of the item that can be helpful in making a decision to purchase.
