Clothing

What size should I order?

All clothing (except leggings) are unisex sizing which means they will be a relaxed fit and not close the body. To get the best fit, I always recommend measuring according to the size guide linked on each item's page. Size up a size or more to get a more oversized look.

All size charts offer flat measurements of the garment as well as illustrated guide to help you measure. It can be helpful to measure a similar garment you already have to ensure you get the correct fit.

Do you offer plus sizes?

Absolutely, I offer a range of sizes to accommodate different body types. For t-shirts, sizes go up to 3XL, with some colors available in 5XL. Sweatshirts are available up to 5XL, pullover hoodies up to 3XL and zip-up hoodies are offered up to 2XL.

Are your items printed in-house?

No, my shop operates on a print-on-demand model. While the designs are completely unique and created by me, I trust professional print providers to produce and ship your items when you place an order. I carefully select tried and tested, top-quality products to have my designs printed on, ensuring you receive a high-quality product crafted with expertise.

How comfortable are your clothing items?

All clothing is made from either 100% cotton or cotton-poly blends, ensuring they're soft to the touch. Tags are easily removable, and I offer a broad range of sizes for a fit that's just right. If everyday comfort is what you're after, you're in the right place.

What care methods do you recommend?

The tshirts, sweatshirts and hoodies I sell are super-soft. To keep them this way, I recommend the following care instructions:

Tshirts: These are Bella + Canvas 3001 Jersey blend shirts that will shrink around 5% or half a size when washed. I recommend washing in cold water to reduce fading and shrinking.

Hoodies and sweatshirts: These are either Gildan or Lane Seven brand and come super-soft and cozy inside. To keep them this way, I recommend washing with cold water only and hanging to dry. You can always freshen or "fluff" them in the dryer for about 10 minutes once they are dry to soften them up and smooth out any wrinkles. If they are put in the dryer when wet the poly-blended fibers may curl up or become more matted over time.

Leggings: Wash in cold water and hang dry.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once you've placed an order, my print providers are on it, working to get your unique pieces out to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, changes or cancellations can be tricky after 24 hours. If you need to switch things up, reach out to me immediately. I'll check the status and we'll figure out the next steps.

How are your designs printed onto clothing?

The method used to create the clothing in my shop is DTG or direct-to-garment as opposed to screen printing. This allows for beautiful vibrancy and detail when the design is printed directly onto the garment similar to a laserjet paper printer. This method also means the designs will last for a long time!

Shipping & Processing

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each item is made to order, which means after you place your order there is a 2-5 day processing time for my print providers to produce and ship your item. Your order should be received within 3-7 business days (US only), but can be longer depending on supply and time of year. I monitor all orders so if I see that there is a delay, I will reach out to you with details and updates. 

When your item has shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking number. If you are ever curious and want to know the status of your order, please contact me.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Do you ship outside the US?

I'm not currently set up to collect taxes or duties for international shipping directly from my website. However, you can still get your hands on my unique items by visiting my Etsy shop, where international shipping is available.

What are your shipping rates?

For all my U.S. customers, I've got you covered—the shipping cost is already included in the price. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout (except your state's sales tax if applicable). What you see is what you get.

Returns & Issues

Do you offer returns?

Lucida Mystica is a small business and operates on a print on demand model. Because of this, we ask that you please ensure your size and selection are correct before ordering, as your items are only created when you order.

If needed, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in unworn, like-new condition.
